I recently had the pleasure of photographing a sweet engagement session at Pease Park in Austin, Texas. I’m excited to share it with you! Hannah and Patrick, the adorable couple I worked with, got engaged at Pease Park and decided to return for their engagement photos. This was such a special idea, and I loved capturing their love in a place that holds so much meaning for them.

Why Pease Park is the Perfect Engagement Spot

Pease Park is truly one of Austin’s gems, with its lush greenery, winding walking trails, and fun food and coffee carts scattered throughout. There’s something for everyone here, making it a perfect backdrop for engagement photos. During Hannah and Patrick’s session, we explored some of the park’s most picturesque spots.

We started in the gorgeous floral-covered courtyard, where the vibrant blooms added a pop of color to their photos. Next, we moved to the iconic trampoline park—a Pease Park staple—where we captured some fun, playful shots. We ended the evening down by the river, just in time for sunset. The lighting was absolutely magical, casting a golden glow over the water. It created the perfect backdrop for their final portraits.
