I recently had the absolute pleasure of photographing McKenna and Joel’s Glowy Parking Garage Rooftop Engagement. This was my second time photographing this couple, and let me tell you, their love is just as contagious as ever! These two radiate joy, and being around them is always such a treat. After our previous engagement session was rained out, we decided to switch things up this time and head to a beautiful downtown Austin parking garage for some golden hour magic. The sunlight was perfect! it casted that soft, golden glow that every photographer dreams of, and it truly highlighted the love and connection these two share.
A Perfect Downtown Austin Location
Downtown Austin never disappoints when it comes to unique locations for an engagement session. For McKenna and Joel, the rooftop of a parking garage gave us incredible cityscape views and the perfect amount of natural light. The urban vibes mixed with their playful energy made for a fun and laid-back shoot. With the sun slowly setting, the golden light created the most stunning backdrop, making each shot feel timeless and warm. There’s just something about that golden hour glow that brings out the best in every couple!
